新人パート2(ルーマニア人)

My company is the public sector and the company culture is very relaxes, but we have very strict about the rubbish rules.

私が現在働いている会社は公共団体です、前回のブログにも話しましたが、会社のルールはそんなに厳しくなく、リラックスな環境です。前回のブログはここから

We have 3 different rubbish bins, 1. paper recycles bin 2. general house rubbish bin 3. food rubbish ( like fruit's skin, leftover food ).

うちの会社のゴミ箱は3つあり、1のグリンがミックスリサイクルゴミ、2の通常のリサイクルできないごみ、3の生ゴミです。(下が写真)

 

 

When I started this company I was about throwing out some unrecycled stuff to recycle bin, but he advises me it wasn't right bin, I was very embarrassed, I throw it right bin.

今の会社を始めたばっかりの頃に、間違ったゴミを間違ったゴミ箱に捨てようとして恥をかいた事がありました。。

last week, after I threw rubbish  the Rumanian lady came and try to throw the banana skin to General bin, I told her  "THIS IS NOT RIGHT BIN FOR THE SKIN !" 

She augured me “BECAUSE RIGHT BIN  IS IN CANTEEN, I DONT WANT TO GO THE FAR " 

確か先週の事です、ゴミを捨てた後、新人のルーマニア人女性がごみを捨てようとしたので、ゴミ箱の蓋を開けて待っていると、2の通常のリサイクルできないごみ箱へスルッとバナナの皮を捨てたので、思わず、”間違ったゴミ箱に入れてるよ！"すると"知ってるけど、キッチンにあるゴミ箱まで捨てに行くのだるーい"

I thought If I say more I feel like I bulling her so I left it, but I am not a happy person all day and can't bear to work with the sort of person.

ふざけるな!!!

と言いたい所　がまん　がまん、これ以上言うと新人イビリと思われるのも嫌なので、こんな人とこれから働けるのだろうか不安だらけです。

If someone finds out the wrong rubbish from our office bin, we all will be blame.  I don't care what she does but we don't want to get blamed.

ほかの部署の人や清掃の人に見つかれば、ゴミの分別出来ない部署と思われるんじゃないか、この人と同じ人間に思われるのは少しごめんだな
